As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy:
- All Sales Are Final: Once you have subscribed to Empire Crypto Trading and made the payment for the monthly subscription, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, change of mind, or lack of trading success.
- Subscription Cancellation: You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not result in a refund. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, you will no longer be charged, and access to Empire Crypto Trading will be discontinued.
- Service Modifications or Discontinuation: Empire Crypto Trading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all aspects of the service without prior notice or liability. In such cases, no refunds or compensations will be provided to the subscribers.
- Technical Issues and Downtime: While we strive to maintain a stable and uninterrupted service, technical issues or temporary downtime may occur. Empire Crypto Trading will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly. However, we do not offer refunds or compensation for any losses or inconveniences caused by technical difficulties.
- Account Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your account and keep your login credentials secure. Empire Crypto Trading is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account or any losses that may occur due to unauthorized access.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to this refund policy or your subscription with Empire Crypto Trading shall be governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia to resolve any such disputes or claims.
